Mooresville High School boys and girls swimming coach Dennis Davis has resigned, according to a press release by the school. He had been coach of the programs since they were started in 2001. Davis will continue to teach at the school.
Davis began his coaching career in Newark, Ohio at a YMCA and has also taught and coached at Mt. Vernon and Terre Haute South high schools. He also started the middle school and USS Swimming program at Center Grove while working with their swim club.
Mooresville will begin a search for a replacement immediately.
